Welcome to Club Street Laundry.
This is not a laundry. Well, it was.
But now, instead of starching collars, we’re softening inhibitions with modern Australian food, strong drinks, and a firm belief that dining should be fun, not fussy.
By day, we serve up easy grub that don’t need a thesis statement—just damn good produce cooked with skill. By night, we swap coffee for cocktails, turn up the volume, and encourage reckless food choices (like ordering the entire menu, which we fully support).
We’re not here to reinvent the wheel. We’re just making sure it rolls smoothly—with butter, good wine, and a bit of fire.
MEET THE MAKERS.
Justin Hammond – Culinary Director
Justin doesn’t just cook—he breaks flavor apart and rebuilds it. Melbourne-trained, globally-tested in Japan, Vancouver, and Singapore, he’s done it all: fine dining, whole-animal butchery, ramen pop-ups.
Now he’s here, bringing modern Australian cooking to Club Street Laundry—bold, raw, and a little reckless.
Donna-Mae Therese de Cruz – Director of Operations & Communications
Donna-Mae Therese de Cruz (or affectionately known as Donn) is the backbone of Club Street Laundry & Hup San Social Club—part host, part orchestrator, all heart. Nearly two decades in hospitality have made her an expert in connecting people.
Expect seamless service, sharp execution, and a level of care that makes you feel like your bad decisions were totally on purpose.
June Baek – Beverage Director
June Baek doesn’t make drinks—she creates chaos in a glass. With wins across Singapore and Korea, she’s shaken up some of the world’s best bars. Her cocktails aren’t just drinks—they’re known to quite literally shift moods.
At Hup San Social Club, expect liquid anarchy that somehow, weirdly, always works.
